Executive Assistant – West LA

We are seeking an experienced EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to work for an established real estate investment company located in West Los Angeles (405 Freeway, Santa Monica Blvd. area). They are located in a beautiful, upgraded, and professional office setting.

This is a full-time (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm) direct hire position with benefits.

minimum of 3 years of office administrative experience is required.

This position pays $70,000 to $90,000 depending on experience.

DUTIES

  • Supporting the Executive Department – Chairman, President and CFO
  • Setting appointments, meetings, organizing events, international and domestic travel, hotel booking, organizing company retreats
  • Maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Complete other special projects and administrative tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Work experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Microsoft 365 preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Yardi experience a plus
