We are seeking an experienced EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to work for an established real estate investment company located in West Los Angeles (405 Freeway, Santa Monica Blvd. area). They are located in a beautiful, upgraded, and professional office setting.
This is a full-time (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm) direct hire position with benefits.
A minimum of 3 years of office administrative experience is required.
This position pays $70,000 to $90,000 depending on experience.
DUTIES
- Supporting the Executive Department – Chairman, President and CFO
- Setting appointments, meetings, organizing events, international and domestic travel, hotel booking, organizing company retreats
- Maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Complete other special projects and administrative tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Work experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Microsoft 365 preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Yardi experience a plus
